Luckster is one of the newer betting sites in the UK, having launched in 2022. But it already offers everything an online sports bettor might want. In this Luckster review, we take you on a guided tour of the site and its features. We’ll tell you about the sports you can bet on and assess how the site measures up in regards to safety, payment options, promotions and more.

Safety and Security at Luckster

Luckster works hard to ensure that the personal information and financial details provided by its customers are kept as safe and secure as possible. The site uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology when transferring sensitive data, and that data is stored behind a firewall. As long as you keep your Luckster login details to yourself (security is as much the responsibility of the bettor as it is the bookmaker), you’ll be completely safe.

Betting offers are all well and good, but what really matters is the betting experience itself. In this part of our Luckster review, we’ll look at the key features of the site that we think all bettors need to know about, from its sports coverage to customer service and more.

Luckster Sports Betting Markets

We have a simple rule of thumb here at Safest Betting Sites: the more sports we can bet on, the better. Fortunately, Luckster seems to have the same attitude. There are more than three dozen sports listed on its main page menu, which you’ll see on the left-hand side of the screen. These include all of the best sports to bet on, such as football, horse racing and greyhound racing, right through to lesser-known ones like futsal and Pesäpallo.

If the range of sports you can bet on here is impressive then the number of markets available for any given event is even more so. For example, we couldn’t find a single English Premier League match with less than 100 markets, including Double Chance and BTTS. While other Luckster sports had fewer markets, there was still as much choice as you expect anywhere.

Note that, for the sake of discussion, we’ve included just one eSports betting entry. On the Luckster website, you’ll actually find a dozen or so eSports listed separately in the menu so that you can get straight to the one you’re most interested in.

Luckster In-Play Betting

There are plenty of sports available for in-play betting at Luckster. Football, basketball, baseball, ice hockey, cricket, and tennis are just a few of the many options available. An In-Play button at the top of the main menu will take you directly to events that are currently being played. The refreshed menu that appears will let you narrow things down to a particular sport, and further down you’ll also be able to see upcoming events. All of this makes things very easy as far as navigation is concerned.

As we mentioned earlier, Luckster has a cash-out feature. This can be very handy as it lets you close all or part of a bet while the event is still running. You can use this feature to lock in profits if your selection is doing well or to limit your losses if it isn’t. The cash-out option is available – market permitting – when you have bet at least £0.10 at minimum odds of 1/10, which covers most scenarios.

Luckster Live Streaming

With so much in-play betting available, you might think that there will be lots of Luckster live streaming, too. Unfortunately, there isn’t any at all. This is disappointing, but hopefully, the bookie will add this feature to its offering at some point in the future.

Luckster Betting Odds

Luckster sports betting odds are competitive, and you won’t notice a great deal of difference between the prices available at this bookie and those available at other top betting sites. When conducting this review, we took a random sample of events and compared the Luckster betting odds with the odds on offer elsewhere and saw no significant difference. Of course, if you practice value betting, you’ll still want to shop around for the best possible prices for your selections, but that’s the case no matter what betting site you choose to visit.

Luckster Betting Limits

The minimum sum that you can stake on a bet at Luckster is just 10p. That isn’t the lowest you’ll find across all betting sites (some go as low as 1p), but it’s low enough for most people. There are no maximum stake limits mentioned in the Luckster terms or service, but there is a clause that limits monthly winnings to £90,000. Bear that in mind because if you happen to win more than that in any calendar month, you’ll only be paid up to the £90,000 cap.
